Our providers.

Every practice here runs independently. They set their own hours, keep their own schedules, and handle their own insurance and billing. What they share is the building, the referrals, and a commitment to making care easier to reach out here. Follow any link below to go straight to that practice's own site.

We're still growing. This list is current as of today and gets longer as providers join us. While renovations finish, some of these practices are seeing current patients here and some are still at their own offices, so call ahead to check where to go and whether they're taking someone new yet. If you don't see the kind of care you're looking for, ask. We may already have someone coming, or we'll help you find them. Appointments are made with each practice directly, and if you aren't sure who to call, ring us at (308) 487-8988 on a weekday between 8:00 and 5:00.

Sand Canyon Therapy has been serving Hemingford and the surrounding communities with personalized, evidence-based speech and language care. They see the whole range: a preschooler whose words aren't coming yet, a teenager working on fluency, an adult rebuilding communication after a stroke or brain injury. And they meet families where they are, in person or by telehealth.

Niobrara Rehabilitation & Hand Therapy brings rehab services and specialized hand and upper-extremity care to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or a condition that's made everyday tasks harder. Hand therapy in particular is hard to come by in rural Nebraska, so having it here saves a lot of families a very long drive.

Coming out to Hemingford means fittings and adjustments happen close to home instead of six hours east.
